Open Enrollment

Welcome to Open Enrollment 2025-2026.  This page will serve as your one-stop shop for all things Open Enrollment.  Make sure to stop by throughout the Open Enrollment period for any resources and information you may need.   The Open Enrollment period will be May 5 - May 16.  All changes must be made on Benefit Bridge.  No paper enrollments, emails, or verbal requests will be accepted.

General Information

  • Medical premiums will be increasing 10%.  District contributions will not be changing until new contributions have been negotiated in the Teachers contract.  This means that staff will see a larger increase in deductions on their paychecks until the contract has been settled.  Once settled, if district contributions change, a retroactive refund or adjustment will be issued via paycheck.
  • If you want to make changes to any of your plans, you must do so no later than 5:00PM CST on May 16, 2025.  There will be no exceptions made for late enrollments.
  • Flexible Spending and Dependent Care Accounts need to be elected with an annual amount, which will be divided over 24 pay periods.  These yearly elections will not roll over – if you do not make an election, you will not be allowed to enroll until 2026-2027 without a legal qualifying event.  No exceptions will be made.

Open Enrollment MeetingsThere will be 3 Open Enrollment meetings this year - one in-person and 2 virtual.
