Open Enrollment
Welcome to Open Enrollment 2026-2027. This page will serve as your one-stop shop for all things Open Enrollment. Make sure to stop by throughout the Open Enrollment period for any resources and information you may need. The Open Enrollment period will be May 4 - May 15. All changes must be made on Benefit Bridge. No paper enrollments, emails, or verbal requests will be accepted.
General Information
- We will be switching to Medica through the MN Healthcare Consortium effective July 1.
- Medical premiums will be increasing 2.5%.
- The annual maximum for the Dependent Care Spending Account will be increasing to $7,500 ($3,750 for married couples filing separately), and the annual maximum for the Medical Flexible Spending Account will be increasing to $3,400 (with a carryover of up to $680).
- If you want to make changes to any of your plans, you must do so no later than 5:00PM CST on May 15, 2026. There will be no exceptions made for late enrollments.
- Flexible Spending and Dependent Care Accounts need to be elected with an annual amount, which will be divided over 24 pay periods. These yearly elections will not roll over – if you do not make an election, you will not be allowed to enroll until 2027-2028 without a legal qualifying event. No exceptions will be made.

MHC Pre-Enrollment SiteA great tool to utilize is the MHC Pre-Enrollment site. You can view information such as the wellness programs that will be available, pharmacy networks, a comprehensive drug list, and you can search for a provider.
MHC | Medica Wellness ProgramsThe district will have a variety of wellness offerings through the co-op and Medica. Below is a list of programs employees enrolled in a medical plan will have access to beginning July 1. It is HIGHLY recommended to attend an open enrollment meeting, as representatives from MHC will be there to go over these programs in more detail.

Earn up to $345 annually (dependents age 18+ can earn up to $225 annually) by improving your health through daily activity, smoking cessation, stress management, and healthier eating. Effective July 1, you will have access to download the Personify Health app and create an account to start earning rewards. - Ovia Health
Personalized support for family and women's health. You'll have access to live and tailored one on one support. From conception to menopause, the app offers personalized guidance and support. You will have access to expert advice, clinically backed content, and you can connect with health coaches, nurses, and midwives.
